AMULAC psychology students visited the Home
for the Elderly in Jinotepe on Saturday Sep. 22nd in the afternoon. They discussed
the case of one of the residents, with an interdisciplinary team consisting of
a lawyer, a finance student, a nurse, a psychiatrist, a gerontologist,
caretakers, the manager and the Board of directors of the home, among others.
The psychology club presented its activities and shared cookies with the
residents. The students were invited to the future meetings, which are led by a
gerontologist of the Jessie Richardson Foundation, based in the USA.
