PRESENTING "MATHEMATICA": An Event Sponsored by The Engineering Club

We , as the Engineering Club, are trying to get more in contact with our major fields by practicing the skills we have developed in our classes, learning from experts, or visiting companies based on Engineering work. This time, we received a talk of a powerful tool for engineers or any other professional who makes use of mathematics. Briefly, "Mathematica" is a technical and scientific software, with an incredible capacity to do any mathematics calculation (from simple Algebra to Calculus or Complex Analisis) at an astonishing velocity. It is of great help for our studies, and probably for our future work positions. Of course, it is necessary to know how to use it. This is why our advisor and Profesor M.B.A Roberto Aburto taught us about "Mathematica" last Thursday, October 20th, he demonstrated how we can use Mathematica in Graphic Applications, Functions, Calculus, Integration, Limits, Derivatives, and other mathematical operations.
