AMLI Scholarships for our family!

Ave Maria awarded ten scholarships as part of the institution’s compensation program for their employees. Seven of our employees and three employees’ dependent will be able to learn English at our prestigious Language Institute. This will contribute to the personal and professional development of our staff and their families. Employees who received this award work at different departments of AMULAC such as Facilities, Student Life, AMLI, IT, and Cafeteria.

Ave Maria International Language Institute Visits APROQUEN (Vivan Pellas Hospital's Burn Unit)

Ave Maria International Language Institute students from the Academic English Program went to Managua on Thursday, October 11, to visit the Asociación Pro Niños Quemados de Nicarauga (APROQUEN). They took toys and snacks to share with patients and their families, toured the clinics, guest house, APROQUEN offices, and warehouse, and learned more about the history of the organization and its founder, Vivian Pellas. Students will be working in the future to help collect 1,000 toys for APROQUEN’s annual Caravana de Navidad.
